Referring agent connects a candidate
Agent introduces a prospective agent to Brian or Leah and a formal recruiting conversation is initiated. The referral is logged in Digital Doorway at introduction.

Appointment qualifies
A scheduled meeting occurs — video or in-person — and the candidate meets the qualifying criteria listed below.

Referred agent joins and closes their first buy/sale transaction
When the referred agent closes their first buy/sale transaction under Eagle Nexus, the referring agent receives the closing bonus.

Appointment Qualifying Criteria
◆ Active real estate license in a state where Eagle Nexus operates
◆ Candidate attends a scheduled meeting — video or in-person, not a text or phone exchange
◆ Candidate is not already in active recruiting conversations with Eagle Nexus leadership
◆ Referring agent was the direct, first introduction — chain referrals do not qualify

Universal Rules
Eligibility Open to all active Eagle Nexus agents in good standing across all tiers.
Payment source Bonuses are paid by Eagle Nexus directly — not deducted from the referred agent's split.
Logging All referrals must be logged in Digital Doorway (GHL) at time of introduction to qualify.
Appointment window The referred agent must join Eagle Nexus within 12 months of the qualifying appointment for the closing bonus to apply.
No self-referral Agents may not refer themselves or claim a bonus for agents who were already in conversation with leadership.
